This beautiful (due to having been renovated recently) apartment can house up to 8 people.
But even better than that, it is located right in the heart of Gracia, arguably the nicest neighborhood in all of Barcelona. Gracia is a great mix of quiet pedestrian-only streets, boutique and handicraft shops, cute squares and of course restaurant, bars, cafe´s and bakeries galore.
If you haven´t stayed in Gracia, you haven´t experienced Barcelona.
We look forward to seeing you in Gracia!
As shown on the pictures, the apartment is beautifully furnished, and has ample space for 6-8 people to stay comfortably. Other than the three bedrooms, of which one is a double and the two others with two singles, there are also two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living area with both a dining and a lounging area, as well as a cute little balcony off of the living room, overlooking the little street of Travessera de Gracia. Travessera de Gracia means "The street that crosses Gracia", and you will literally be staying on the street that crosses straight down the middle of the Gracia Neighborhood.
All of the apartment is yours :) Enjoy all the space!

Early Check in? Late check out? No problem! We can't actually let you in to the apartment earlier, or let you stay longer, but we work with a great service that can take care of your suitcases for you if you arrive much before check in time, or fly out much later than check out time, so you can enjoy your day in the city without carrying them around. “It was a perfect choice to stay at this apartment for four nights after traveling in Girona and Cadaques. Village de Gracia is a cozy area with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment has two french doors in the living room overlooking a small alley - a typical European atmosphere. Although the building is old, the inside of the apartment has been fully renovated to a modern taste and the convenience. It appeared that Stay U-Nique tried to make every effort in order to make the stay as pleasant as possible. They were available 24/7. They made a taxi reservation twice for us, and the taxi was there before the promised timed on both occasions. The air conditioner worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies, plates, pots and pans. There was ample hot water, toilet paper, towels, etc. A welcome basket with tasty snacks was a nice touch. Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and Passeig de Gracia are all within a walking distance. You should take a different route each time walking through different allies. You will be pleasantly surprised to find a new bakery, boutique, ham shop, etc. Sunday morning when we were getting ready to have a brunch at a nearby cafe, we smelled an appetizing cooking smell through the open French door. When we came back from the brunch, there was a long line of people at the meat shop just across the alley from the apartment. As curious as we were, we decided to stand in the line and ended up buying a whole rotisserie chicken. It not only smelled wonderful but tasted absolutely delicious. It was the best rotisserie chicken we ever had. The meat shop makes and sells rotisserie chicken on Sundays only, and they sell out very quickly. You should definitely buy one (or two) if you happen to stay there on Sunday. We felt very comfortable staying in this apartment and would strongly recommend it.”
Stay U-Nique’s home is located in Barcelona, Spain.
It is hard to describe exactly why Gracia is such a nice neighborhood, or why most Barcelona insiders dream of living in Gracia some day, but I will try.
Gracia is a very quiet neighborhood, mainly because most of it is pedestrian only, giving it a very nice and quiet feel.
Gracia is very safe, especially from pickpockets, compared to the more tourist and crowded areas of Barcelona.
Gracia is still centrally located, meaning that Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gracia, Hospital Sant Pau, Casa Milá, Casa Battló and even the old town and Las Ramblas is eay to reach.
Gracia is very local. It is not filled with tourists, souvenir shops and overpriced, under delivering restaurants. Quite opposite, the majority of people living here are local, giving it a very authentic feel and experience (and food prices and quality!).
Gracia is walkable. Most of Gracia is pedestrianised and centered around cute small squares. That, together with this apartments very centric location in Gracia means you don´t need anything other than your feet to fully enjoy all Gracia has to offer.
Gracia is creative. Gracia is full of small art galleries and handicraft shops. That, coupled with a very sustainability focused mindset means you can find boutique´s that sell everything from bags made of old car tires to sculptures made of old drinks cans.
Gracia guarantees you will go home with a happy belly. Gracia is famous for it´s huge and varied assortment of restaurants and eateries. Here you can find everything from Asian to African to Latin American to all sorts of fusions. And of course plenty of tapas and local Spanish and Catalan offerings.
Gracia has a great shopping opportunities. Gracia is full of small shops of all kinds, and the big famous shopping street of Passeig de Gracia also runs just at the edge of Gracia.
All of Barcelona is generally really well connected as there are busses, 9 metro lines, trams and taxies. Most can also easily be reached on foot. We are also seeing more and more bicycle and scooter sharing services pop up! Ask us if you want more information on any of these :)
