Description of the apartment
This wonderful and wide apartment of 120m2 (around 1080 ft2) has three spacious bedrooms, all of them come with two single beds...and so can sleep up to six people so comfortably. All of the bedrooms has balcony. In total 6 balconies with views of two wide Barcelona streets, from where you have the sunlight guaranteed all day and also being able to even touch the top of the trees.
The Ramblas Deluxe Apartment has lot of character and has many original features throughout the apartment, the fantastic mosaic tiles can be found in all the areas of the apartment and the ceiling is decorated with plaster in an old-fashioned way that links with the modernist style of the building.
The living/dining area of this apartment is filled with lots of natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It has been divided into a living area with two leather sofas and a dinning area.
There are two full bathrooms both of them comes with a shower unit, sink and toilet.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and the guest can prepare any meal should he choose to.
The apartment is on a 3rd floor of a building with a lift
Any guest staying at this lovely apartment will have a great time; if you are looking for charm, character, location and high quality the Ramblas Deluxe Apartment will not disappoint.
IMPORTANT: This apartment does not accept check- ins after 10PM.
There must be at least one person over 30 years old in the group. This is done to avoid large groups of young people that could potentially disturb neighbours

Zone description
The location of this fantastic apartment couldn't be better. It is located in the heart of Barcelona, on the same street as the Meridien Hotel (most expensive hotel in Barcelona). Guests are literally minute’s walk from Las Ramblas, the cathedral, the Boqueria Market and from Plaça Catalunya, the most important subway and train station, from where you will be able to go any place around Barcelona. Furthermore, taking the bus or the metro you can get to the Barcelona beaches only in fifteen minutes.
