Description of the apartment
This beautiful design studio combines the highest category, with warm wood floors and lots of small details that make it very comfortable, with a great location in the very heart of Madrid. Noted for its large terrace with a wonderful view over the rooftops and the sky of Madrid.

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, in the Malasaña area, 5 minutes walk from the famous district of Chueca and Gran Via. The area offers many cultural and social attractions, thanks to its innumerable bars, terraces, shopping, art galleries.
