Description of the apartment
The modern Plaza Santa Ana Comfort apartment, has 100 square meters and is located on the first floor of a historic building from the year 1840; it was recently renovated and used on the filming of the movie Talk to Her' from the internationally recognized Spanish director, Pedro Almodovar.
The apartment consists of:
- Large hall-dining area with an extending table.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Fully furnished kitchen.
- Living-room with sofa bed and window with street view.
- Double bedroom with two twin beds with a small balcony with street view.
- Double bedroom with two twin beds.
- Master bedroom with queen bed with small balcony overlooking a patio.
- Full bathroom, incorporated to the master bedroom, with shower.
The apartment is fully furnished with all type of household goods and kitchenware; cold / heat A/C, TV, DTT, DVD, radio CD, WIFI internet connection, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc..
