Description of the apartment
The original hydraulic flooring in some parts combines with the modern custom-made marble tiles in the rest of the floors, creating a very personal and elegant style throughout. Located in the very heart of Madrid, it is nevertheless quiet in contrast with the lively area.
Zone description
The apartment is located in the very heart of Madrid, near Sol and Madrid’s Gran Vía. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the renowned Chueca neighbourhood, with plenty of designer boutiques, tapas bars and great shopping, and a short walk also to Malasaña.
A 15 minute walk will take you to the Retiro Park, the Puerta de Alcalá, and the Paseo del Prado with the worldwide famous museums, the Prado and the Thyssen, as well as the main train terminal in Atocha.
