Description of the apartment
This apartment is on the corner with Las Ramblas. It is equipped with all facilities, decorated with contemporarily designed furniture and fully equipped with kitchen and living room facilities. This apartment also has a balcony overlooking the street.
The studio features a kitchen, lounge and bathroom and is supplied with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, a double sofa bed, colour TV, individually controlled air conditioning, table, chairs, ironing facilities, radio and heating. The bathroom is complete with bath. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, duvets and towels for every guest.
Zone description
These apartments are located in a marvellous privileged position, 15 meters away from the remarkable Las Ramblas of Barcelona (“the only street in the world which I wish would never end” as Federico García Lorca said). Ferran street is just in the heart of the old town and less than one minute walking from Las Ramblas. This is the most touristic area of Barcelona, plenty of tapas bar, wine bars, restaurants and fashionable stores. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just five minutes walking from these apartments. Also, don’t forget to visit the colourful Boqueria, the most famous market in Barcelona.
Parking
This building does not have parking, however, within 4 minutes walk there is a garage where you can park your car for 42.75 Euro per day or 81.2 Euro per week.
