Description of the apartment
This fantastic penthouse in Barcelona has a bright lounge area, equipped with a sofa, a LCD-TV and CD player, for a comfortable accommodation in Barcelona.
There is an independent space with 2 twin beds that can be put together. There is an American style open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a lift in the building which is quiet unusual in the Borne zone. Finally, there is a direct access from this apartment to a private terrace and to the building’s common terrace at the top of the building that can be used by our customers to have a magnificent overview of the oldest part of Barcelona
Zone description
These apartments are located in the upper zone of El Borne district, a marvellous privileged position within Barcelona. Las Ramblas, the heart of Barcelona, and the city beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The famous Passeig del Borne is a wonderful street filled with Gothic buildings and trendy restaurants and café terraces; it used to be for many centuries the centre for the city’s festivals, processions and tournaments. This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bars, wine bars, coffee shops and fashionable stores. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil, our top choices, are just 100 meters away from the apartments.
