Description of the apartment
Wonderful apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located within 10 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia, the most exclusive street in central Barcelona. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. It is ideal for families or groups.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed (220x140 cm)
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (200x90 cm)
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (190x80 cm) that can be placed together.
The lounge sofa bed measures 205 x 145 cm
The two bathrooms are complete and have a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils you might need.
The building has no parking, but only 20 meters away there is a guarded parking which costs only 18 Euros per day (minimum 3 days).
Important: For groups of 4 or more people, it is required that there are at least 2 persons over 30 years of age. Large groups of young people that could cause a nuisance to neighbors are not allowed.
Air conditioning available from March to November.
Zone description
The Gracia district is located two minutes walking from the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona lined with fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops. Situated in the centre of the city, few minutes by metro from Plaza Catalunya, the Gracia neighbourhood is full of cinemas, theatres, restaurants and discos.
