Description of the apartment
This beautiful Barcelona apartment is located on a street 2-minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. It is a very quiet nook in the centre of Barcelona allowing for easy access to everything and yet peaceful nights for rest. The flat is on a building with a modern and uplifting décor. The main bedroom has a double bed, and a secondary open space has also a single bed, a complete bathroom and living room with American style open kitchen. This apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating system, microwave, TV, CD/radio… This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without elevator.
Zone description
The apartments are located right in the centre of Barcelona, just a stone’s throw from the Plaza Catalunya, which is the city’s tourist focal point. The Plaza Catalunya is connected to the west of the city by the most elegant promenade of Barcelona: The Paseo de Gracia, the avenue that houses the most exclusive stores and modernist buildings, such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló. To the east of the Plaza Catalunya you will find Las Ramblas, the most emblematic and picturesque street of Barcelona. You may follow Las Ramblas all the way to the port and beaches or turn into the Barrio Gotico, the oldest neighbourhood in Barcelona.
