Description of the apartment
This Barcelona apartment is located in a marvellous location, 100 meters away from the remarkable Las Ramblas. This is a very sweet urban apartment in a fantastic location in Gothic Quarter. There is a large lounge area with a double sofa bed, dining table for 4. The bedroom has twin beds and the bathroom has a bath. There is a modern kitchen with all appliances you need as hob, oven, large fridge and freezer. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided in the apartment.
In the same building there are several practically identical apartments on different floors. Although it is not common, the owner reserves the right to perform adjustments to the floor you are on (similar to a hotel).
Zone description
The Barri Gotic is the best preserved medieval quarter in Europe. It is full of narrow winding streets and unexpected little squares. This Barcelona apartment is on Santa Ana street, just in the heart of Barcelona old town and less than two minutes walking from Las Ramblas, the most talked-about boulevard in Spain. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just five minutes walking from the apartment.
