The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building. Apartment designed with the utmost detail and great finishing to satisfy the most demanding guests. The apartment has air conditioning and a hydro massage bathtub for maximum comfort. Perfectly equipped kitchen allowing you to have an enjoyable lunch or dinner at the apartment. The apartment has two double rooms, one single room and two complete bathrooms. Living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and with TV to relax after a long walk through Barcelona . Probably one of the best apartments available in Barcelona . Enjoy a stay with more comfort than you would have in a five star hotel. This is the ideal apartment for families or for two couples visiting Barcelona. This apartment will not disappoint you.

The apartment is situated in a building that was completely renovated in July 2006. It finds itself at only 5 minutes walking distance from the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí's famous work of art. It is recommended to spend an entire morning or afternoon to visit Barcelona 's best known monument. Moreover, the bullfighting arena Monumental is only a 5 minutes' walk away. The heart of Barcelona (the Ramblas, Barri Gótic, Plaza Catalunya…) finds itself at only 5 minutes by Metro (Line 2, three stops).
