Description of the apartment
This beautiful Barcelona apartment is located on a street 2-minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. The flat is on a building with a modern and uplifting décor. There is one double bedroom a complete bathroom and living room with American style open kitchen. This apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating system, microwave, TV, CD/radio…it is just the perfect accommodation in Barcelona. This apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator.
Zone description
The apartments are located right in the centre of Barcelona, just a stone’s throw from the Plaza Catalunya, which is the city’s tourist focal point. The Plaza Catalunya is connected to the west of the city by the most elegant promenade of Barcelona: The Paseo de Gracia, the avenue that houses the most exclusive stores and modernist buildings, such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló.
