Description of the apartment
It is a wide apartment of 120m2 (around 1080 ft2) which was totally reformed in March 2004. With six balconies with views of two wide Barcelona streets, from where you have the sunlight guaranteed all day long and also being able to even touch the top of the trees. The apartment is on a 3rd floor of a building with a lift. The ceiling is decorated with plaster in an old-fashioned way and original mosaic that links with the modernist style of the building. It disposes of four big rooms, three of them with balcony, living room with TV and CD, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, heating system, washing machine, iron and also a cot for the babies. It is ideal for exclusive accommodation in Barcelona.
VIKTIGT: Det måste finnas minst en person över 30 år gammal i gruppen. Detta görs för att undvika stora grupper av ungdomar som skulle kunna störa grannarna. Denna lägenhet accepterar inte incheckning efter 10.
Zone description
Apartment located in the heart of Barcelona, on the same street as the Meridien Hotel (most expensive hotel in Barcelona). From this apartment you can walk to Las Ramblas (only two minutes), to the Cathedral, the Boqueria market, and to the most important subway and train station, Plaça de Catalunya, from where you will be able to go any place around Barcelona. Furthermore, taking the bus or the metro you can get to the Barcelona beaches only in fifteen minutes.
