Description of the apartment

The apartment is a showpiece of Italian design. Even the smallest details have been fashioned to ensure the client's maximum enjoyment. The architecture and decoration have been done by some of the best professionals in Europe . The apartment consists of an open space (studio) of 50 square meters . It contains a double bed and a double sofa bed that sleep a maximum of four people. The bathroom, with a spacious shower, is of exquisite design. The Italian design kitchen is ideal for preparing an enjoyable meal or dinner. And to relax, what better than a 42” flatscreen TV with home cinema and speakers all around the living room. Should you need to work, there is a PC with internet connection available. Enjoy the house of your dreams while you stay in Barcelona ! The same floor of the building holds two apartments of the same characteristics, with room for a total of eight people. The apartment is located in a small street typical for the Born district of Barcelona. The building is old and the staircase leading up to the apartment is still due to be refurbished (no comparison to the beauty of the apartment).

IMPORTANT: There must be at least two people over 30 years old in the group. This is done to avoid large groups of young people that could potentially disturb neighbours

Zone description

These apartments are located in the upper zone of El Borne district, a marvellous privileged position within Barcelona . Las Ramblas, the heart of Barcelona , and the city beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The famous Passeig del Borne is a wonderful street filled with Gothic buildings and trendy restaurants and café terraces; it used to be for many centuries the centre for the city's festivals, processions and tournaments. This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bars, wine bars, coffee shops and fashionable stores. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil, our top choices, are just 100 meters away from the apartments.
