State of the art two floor design apartment with several rooms, very spacious and light.
One enters the apartment through a hall with a Persian rug, two wardrobes and a courtesy bathroom. Behind a glass door at the far end you can see the garden, which visually adds to the space of the living room.
Climbing the design staircase one enters a “suite” with a large balcony over the garden, which has a complete bathroom with a separate lavatory.
Just above the living room one enters an independent area with a library that leads to two rooms and another bathroom with bath tub.
All the floors and the built-in closets in the apartment (around ten) are made of maple wood.
The total surface is 200 m2: the duplex area of 175 m2 plus the garden of 25 m2.
To provide the necessary comfort there are four Daikin heat pumps on the top floor of the building.
The price of the apartment includes: water and electricity, Canal +, ADSL, concierge and security services, and technical assistance in case of malfunctions.
Optional are one or two parking spaces (adjoining) with access by elevator.
The entire building is protected with security cameras and by 24 hour surveillance carried out by trained guards.
The building is one of the emblematic creations of architect Carlos Ferrater and has been reviewed and distinguished by prominent professional associations.
IMPORTANT: Reservations need to be validated personnally by the owner after knowing the details of the group booking the apartment. This is done to avoid large groups of young people that could potentially disturb neighbours
