For those who like to take the effort out of their holidays, this apartment has everything. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and full cooking facilities. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with two double beds and 1 single. There is also a double sofa in the front room, which can sleep 2, so 7 people in total comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms, so no queuing in the morning for the shower! The apartment itself is 95m2, is very spacious, luxurious and full of natural light. The area is one of the safest and most exclusive in Barcelona. With Gaudi right on the doorstep, it is the perfect area for some of the most spectacular sights in Barcelona. A 5 minute walk in the other direction you will find yourself in Gracia, this is the alternative area and has many bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

We offer you an unforgettable stay in the heart of Barcelona, the Eixample district, cradle by excellence of modernism and considered by many a large open-air museum. In Eixample you will find an exquisite selection of modernist buildings, such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera of Gaudí, amongst many others. Fashionable shops, bars and restaurants characterize one the most cosmopolitan and attractive areas of the city. The Ramblas are only a 20 minutes walk away.
