Description of the apartment
This is one of 4 apartments at the same building located in the historic heart of Barcelona. The apartments are typical lofts, totally renovated and constantly updated. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona.
The apartment has been refurnished with style and quality. This apartment in Barcelona can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and in 1 double sofa bed. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The comfortable living has colour TV, DVD, radio and CD player. With air conditioning and heating, this apartment in Barcelona is perfect for all year round stays. In the same building there are several practically identical apartments on different floors. Although it is not common, the owner reserves the right to perform adjustments to the floor you are on (similar to a hotel)
Zone description
These apartments are located in a marvellous privileged position, close to one of Barcelona's most famous church, Santa Maria del Mar, the greatest of all Barcelona’s Gothic buildings, and to the remarkable Passeig del Borne. Las Ramblas, the heart of the city, and the city beaches are just a few minutes walk away.
El Borne is the most fashionable, trendiest and most engaging quarter and is considered Barcelona’s Soho. It is just five minutes walking from Las Ramblas and into the Gothic district of the city. Even Barcelona beaches are just a few minutes walking. The famous Passeig del Borne is a wonderful street filled with Gothic buildings and trendy restaurants and café terraces; it used to be for many centuries the centre for the city’s festivals, processions and tournaments. This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bars, wine bars, coffee shops and fashionable stores. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil, our top choices, are just 100 meters away from the apartments.
