Description of the apartment
This is one of 7 apartments within the same building close to the beautiful beaches of Barcelona. You can have a relaxed and happy stay in Barcelona, enjoying Barcelona’s beach life. The apartment has been refurnished with style and quality, keeping the original spirit of the wood beams. The modern decoration and the luminosity give the flat a warm Mediterranean ambience, whilst the light coming from quiet pedestrian streets gives a unique feel to the apartment. The living space is compact and comfortable. This Barcelona apartment can accommodate up to 3 people visiting Barcelona, in 1 double bed and in 1 individual sofa bed. The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided in the apartment. The apartment has all modern conveniences, including air conditioning, heating, colour TV, a DVD Player, Radio and CD Player. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without lift.
Zone description
These apartments are located in a marvellous privileged position, close to one of Barcelona´s most famous beach, Barceloneta. Barceloneta is one of the most fashionable quarters of Barcelona, just five minutes walking from the beach and five minutes walking to Ramblas and Gothic Quarter. Barceloneta is the fishermans´ neighbourhood, where seafood eateries and seaside sun are the main attraction. The famous Passeig Joan de Borbó is a wonderful street filled with trendy restaurants and café terraces. These Barcelona apartments are lofts totally renovated and constantly updated. Please note there is no lift in this building.
