Description of the apartment
This fantastic apartment has a bright lounge area, equipped with a sofa, a LCD-TV and CD player, for a comfortable accommodation in Barcelona.
There are two double bedrooms in the apartment. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two twin beds.
There is an American style open kitchen. The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a shower. Also, there is a lift in the building which is quiet unusual in the Borne zone.
Zone description
These apartments are located in the upper zone of El Borne district, a marvellous privileged position within Barcelona. Las Ramblas, the heart of Barcelona, and the city beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The famous Passeig del Borne is a wonderful street filled with Gothic buildings and trendy restaurants and café terraces; it used to be for many centuries the centre for the city’s festivals, processions and tournaments. This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bars, wine bars, coffee shops and fashionable stores. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil, our top choices, are just 100 meters away from the apartments.
Parking
This building does not have parking, however, within 6 minutes walk there is a garage where you can park your car for 42.9 Euro per day or 108.2 Euro per week.
