Description of the apartment

Superbly finished apartment, where design and first-rate materials blend, perfectly conceived for a comfortable stay, be it for a few days or for several weeks. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms with balcony and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, hot and cold airconditioning, broadband internet and SAT TV.
IMPORTANT: There must be at least two persons over 35 years old in the group. This is done to avoid large groups of young people that could potentially disturb neighbours

Zone description

We offer you an unforgettable stay in the heart of Barcelona, the Eixample district, cradle by excellence of modernism and considered by many a large open-air museum. In Eixample you will find an exquisite selection of modernist buildings, such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera of Gaudí, amongst many others. Fashionable shops, bars and restaurants characterize one the most cosmopolitan and attractive areas of the city. The Ramblas are only a 15 minutes walk away.
