Description of the apartment
Superbly finished apartment, where design and first-rate materials blend, perfectly conceived for a comfortable stay, be it for a few days or for several weeks. Includes a double bedroom in the front part, with spacious cupboards, a double bedroom with cupboard and desk, bathroom, kitchen and a living/dining room with a sofa bed. The apartment comes with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, dish washer, microwave, hot and cold airconditioning, broadband internet, TV and a safe.
Zone description
These apartments are situated close to Barcelona’s Barrio Gótico, as well as near the Born/Ribera district. At only a short distance you will find the Passeig de Sant Joan and Passeig Lluis Companys along which you can stroll down to the Parque de la Ciutadella, the ideal place to enjoy a sunny Barcelona. The Born District, at only 10 minutes walking distance, is full of tapas bars, wine taverns, lunchrooms and shops with the latest fashion. The Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya are only 15 minutes walk (or one metro stop).
Parking
