Description of the apartment

This apartment was built in 2007 in one of the most modern areas of Barcelona and is ideal for two couples or a family. The apartment, which is very quiet, has two double rooms, a complete bathroom with hydromassage, living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning and heating in the whole apartment, as well as a broadband internet connection, LCD-screen TV and a safe.  The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. The finishing of the apartment is of the highest quality; the apartment has been decorated with an exquisite taste up to the last detail in order to satisfy the most demanding guests. Furthermore, there is a parking space available in the same building.

Zone description

The apartment is situated in a new building constructed in 2007. The apartment is away from the noise of the Barcelona city centre, and is located in the most modern area, Diagonal Mar, near the marvellous Torre Agbar. The apartment is only a 15 minutes walk from the beach, following the Rambla del Poblenou, one of the most typical boulevards of Barcelona. On this street you can enjoy the best known ice cream and horchata in Barcelona, at Tío Che. In addition, the apartment is close to the Forum, less than 15 minutes on foot from the International Convention Centre of Barcelona (CCIB), which makes it the ideal place to stay for business clients. Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya can be reached in 10-15 minutes by metro.
