Description of the apartment
This is one of 4 apartments at the same building located in a privileged position within Barcelona, close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona lined with fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops, and few minutes walking from some of the renowned Gaudi's creations (La Pedrera, Casa Batlló,…). The building, totally renovated in 2004, is a modern building with sunny terraces overlooking some of the central streets of Barcelona. This elegantly furnished one bedroom apartment has air conditioning and heating. The flat has also a sofa bed and all modern conveniences, including satellite TV, DVD, Radio and CD player. In the apartment there is a lounge/dining room for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a bath and a shower. In the apartment there is a beautiful balcony, on which you can enjoy the magic street and Barcelona’s shinning sun. The kitchen is totally equipped with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. In the apartment there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, ideal for longer stays in Barcelona.
