This Barcelona apartment is located in a marvellous location, in front of Barcelona's most famous church, The Cathedral, and 100 meters away from the remarkable Las Ramblas. The apartment is located in a traditional 18th century building totally refurbished in 2005. This is a very sweet urban apartment in a fantastic location in Gothic Quarter. There is a large lounge area with a double sofa bed, dining table for 4 and with two windows opening onto balconies with views to the pedestrian area. There is a modern kitchen with all appliances you need as hob, oven, large fridge and freezer. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided in the apartment. The bedroom and the stylish bathroom are located at the rear of the apartment with windows over a quiet pedestrian street. With air conditioning and heating, this apartment is perfect for all year round stays. The apartment is on the first floor of a building without lift.

The Barri Gotic is the best preserved medieval quarter in Europe. It is full of narrow winding streets and unexpected little squares. This Barcelona apartment is on Boters street, just in the heart of Barcelona old town and less than two minutes walking from Las Ramblas, the most talked-about boulevard in Spain. With views to Cathedral Square and its surroundings which are plenty of tapas bar, wine bars, coffee shops and incredible gothic buildings. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just five minutes walking from the apartment.
