Description of the apartment
Loft with open spaces, though distributed over different levels in order to guarantee the necessary privacy, in a centrally located building with elevator. The apartment includes 2 single beds and a double sofa bed that sleep a maximum of four people.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster. The handsomely designed bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartments have air conditioning and heating. For your security, the apartments are equipped with a safe. In the same building there are several practically identical apartments on different floors. Although it is not common, the owner reserves the right to perform adjustments to the floor you are on (similar to a hotel).
Zone description
These apartments are located in a marvellous privileged position, 50 meters away from the remarkable Las Ramblas of Barcelona (“the only street in the world which I wish would never end” as Federico García Lorca said). Canuda street is just in the heart of the old town and less than one minute walking from Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. This is the most touristic area of Barcelona, plenty of tapas bar, wine bars, restaurants and fashionable stores. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just five minutes walking from these apartments. Also, don’t forget to visit the colourful Boqueria, the most famous market in Barcelona.
